We Moved Today, Show Low, AZ
For you that read our blog and are RV'rs, do you know who this is?This is our space at the Show Low Lake Campground. We are about 4 miles down AZ260 from US77. The turn is a left at Walmart and about a mile on your right. When you see the lake go past the first entrance and turn right at the sign.
We have elec only with a dump and water at the entrance for $12.00 a day with the Golden Age card. We are in the pines. And the weather is cooler than at Globe. Since we are going to be here till monday, the DTV and DW are setup for our enjoyment. This view will give you and idea of our route. We went US60/77 at Globe to Show Low, AZ On our route is the terrain you see.
DW took lots of pics of this and I will post them on later posts. Really a sight to see. We gassed up before we left, $2.69.9, and we drove to here and used, by the gauge, 1/4 tank, or 19 gallons. Thats 5.26 mph. It was all up hill and we did alot of 2nd gear and 30 up and down in getting here.
A very good road and lots of passing lanes. We did see a burned rv along the way.
Mileage: 100
GPS: 34*11.488, -110*00.369
DW:127*, -34*, 41*
Elevation: 6654

I only met them once, but the bus looks like the one owned by Nick Russell (The Gypsy Journal) and Miss Terry. The lady looks like Miss Terry, and from reading their blog, I know they were headed to Show Low.
I hope this helps.

Great pictures...,I know who it was (Nick and Terry) ...I would love to see the inside of their bus...He was another guy that gave me lots of info...on busses too...I took his advice to heart...and am I ever glad I did...He told me once that ...for the $$$ my bus would be opn the road longer than any class A I could buy... that made my decision ...
We are in Van Horn, TX...where ther temp is about 38...snow predected for the night time...but we will be off to Ozona tomorrow morning if we can...Sure hope we find some warmer weather soon...
